4. Terms & Conditions — Bookkeeping Services

By submitting this form and engaging the bookkeeping services of A.T. Partners Accountants & Business Advisors Pty Ltd (“A.T. Partners”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Engagement of Services
By signing up through this form, you are expressing your interest in engaging A.T. Partners to provide bookkeeping services. A formal engagement letter will be issued for your review and signature prior to the commencement of services.
2. Scope of Work
The scope of bookkeeping services may include but is not limited to:
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS
Payroll processing and superannuation
Accounts receivable and payable management
Financial reporting and compliance support
The specific services will be confirmed in writing based on the package you select and the needs discussed during consultation.
3. Fees & Payment
All fees will be confirmed prior to commencement. Pricing may vary based on business size, transaction volume, and complexity. Fees are charged on a fixed monthly basis or as otherwise agreed. Payment is due via direct debit or other approved method as specified in your engagement.
Late payments may attract a late fee and/or a suspension of services.
Upfront Payment Policy
An upfront payment of $110 (incl. GST) is required at the time of signup. This payment forms part of the initial information review fee, which covers the preliminary assessment of your bookkeeping needs. Should you proceed with one of our ongoing packages, this amount will be credited toward your selected bookkeeping plan. Please note: This payment is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to continue with our services. All prices are inclusive of GST.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to carry out bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to access to bank statements, accounting software, payroll data, and invoices. Delays in providing information may impact the timely delivery of services.
5. Confidentiality
A.T. Partners agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all client information provided and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take all care in providing accurate bookkeeping services, we do not accept liability for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. A.T. Partners is not responsible for any penalties or interest resulting from delayed or omitted lodgements unless due to our negligence.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Any fees for work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
8. Authority
By submitting this form, you confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of the business listed and agree to receive communications related to this engagement.
