1. Scope of Services
By selecting an SMSF Administration Package, you engage A.T. Partners to provide the services listed under your chosen package tier. Additional services not listed may be charged separately.

2. Package Inclusions
Each package includes specific services outlined on our website or brochure. Any additional tasks outside of scope (e.g. bookkeeping, pension commencements) may incur extra fees.

3. Custom Package
If you select the Custom Package, pricing and service scope will be confirmed in writing after an initial review of your SMSF.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to all fund-related documents and notify A.T. Partners of any major fund changes.

5. Lodgement & Compliance
A.T. Partners is not liable for delays or penalties due to late or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Fees & Payment
Fees are annual and paid monthly, exclusive of GST, and payable as per invoice terms. Additional services may be billed separately.

7. Cancellation & Disengagement
On cancellation, outstanding work and documentation will be finalised and billed accordingly. Final records are provided once all fees are settled.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information is handled confidentially in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability
Our liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.

10. Acceptance
By submitting this form, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

To commence SMSF administration services with A.T. Partners, a one-time non-refundable sign-up fee of $220 (incl. GST) is required.

What the $220 Fee Covers:

• Initial SMSF file setup in our system
• Review of existing documentation and fund structure
• Preparation of engagement documents
• Liaison with your previous accountant (if applicable)
• Setup in our administration platform (e.g., BGL, Class, or Xero)

Important Notes:

• This fee will be credited towards your chosen annual SMSF administration package.
• The fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed after onboarding begins.
• Additional services or fund complexity may be quoted and billed separately.
